Animals are shipped at your own risk on a cash-on-delivery basis. Delivery charges - and wrapping, if applicable - will be paid by the customer. All orders are non-refundable. In case of litigation, the customer must have any damage recorded by the delivery service. Complaints will not be taken into account after delivery. Ordering imlpies that the customer fully agrees to our conditions.

Somespecies can be purchased by holders of a certificate of capacity, and may require administrative procedures whichmay cause delays.
